Creating safe, supportive, and affirming experiences that foster growth, connection, and belonging — for every unique mind.

ABOUT
--

A vision rooted in belonging.

I started Kindly You with the goal of creating the kind of support that helps people feel genuinely safe, accepted, and valued for who they are. Kindly You was built on the belief that support should feel safe, affirming, empowering, and centred on meaningful human connection. My vision is to create inclusive spaces where neurodivergent individuals and families feel understood, supported, and connected within their communities.

At Kindly You, we provide neurodiverse-affirming respite and support services for children, youth, young adults, and families. We are focused on creating safe, supportive, and affirming experiences that foster growth, connection, confidence, and belonging. Through individualized and relationship-centred support, we prioritize emotional safety, inclusion, communication, autonomy, and meaningful community participation so individuals feel valued, empowered, and supported in their daily lives. Support that values who you are, not who you're expected to be.

My approach is grounded in neurodiverse-affirming and trauma-informed practices that prioritize emotional safety, collaboration, flexibility, and individualized support. I believe meaningful relationships are built through trust, compassion, and connection, and I strive to create environments where individuals feel comfortable being themselves, exploring their strengths, and growing with confidence.

Services are individualized and guided by each person's strengths, interests, communication style, sensory needs, autonomy, and goals. Support may include community participation, recreational and social activities, emotional regulation support, relationship-building, strengths-based skill development, support with routines and daily living, and caregiver respite.

At the centre of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves care that recognizes their strengths, honours their unique needs, and fosters a sense of safety, trust, inclusion, and belonging.

"Individualized, non-clinical support services rooted in safety, connection, inclusion, and neurodiverse-affirming care."
